Shipping Information
Viscount currently ships wine via Fed Ex to Alaska, California, Idaho, New Mexico, and within New York State. Viscount is still investigating the legal issues concerning shipments to other states. As soon as we know where else we can ship, we'll pass the information along to you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

All business/residential ground shipments will be charged a 2% handling fee. For all business/residential ground shipments, the fee structure is as follows:

| 1 - 6 Bottle(s) Shipment outside of New York State per box | $25.00 |

For example:
If you order 16 bottles, the box fees for your shipment are:
1 box that holds 12 bottles will first be charged either $25 or $35. The additional 4 bottles will go in another box and will then be charged an additional $20 or $25. The 2% Handling fee is calculated by taking your subtotal, after discounts but before tax.
If you order 12 bottles, the box fees for your shipment are:
1 box that holds 12 bottles will be charged either $25 or $35.
If you order 2 bottles, the box fees for your shipment are:
1 box that holds 2 bottles will be charged either $20 or $25.
Viscount also offers special shipping services. These special service shipping charges will be determined independently for each shipment. The special shipping service options are as follows:
Fed Ex Express Saver: A cost effective service that provides delivery within 3 business days by 4:30 pm, 7 pm to residential addresses. Available within the Continental US only.
Fed Ex 2 Day: An economical service that provides delivery Monday through Saturday by 4:30 pm in 2 business days to most US locations for "ground" (business) deliveries; residential deliveries by 7 pm.
Fed Ex Standard Overnight: Deliveries by 3 pm the next business day to most US addresses (by 4:30 pm to other areas.) Not available to Alaska.
Fed Ex Priority Overnight: Overnight delivery Monday through Saturday promptly by 10:30 am to most US addresses, and by noon or 4:30 pm to other areas, 5 pm to Alaska. Please note Saturday deliveries are for an additional fee.
Fed Ex First Overnight: Early-morning delivery to major US metropolitan cities the next business day by 8 am or 8:30 am, depending on destination ZIP code. Service not available for Alaska.

Due to an increase in demand for the wines in the Fine Wine Cellar, customers MUST pay in full for any bottle they order. Viscount will HOLD products for shipping at an appropriate date ONLY if they are paid in full.
All products shipped by Viscount are insured against breakage during transit. Viscount is NOT responsible for the quality of the items once they have left the store.
Viscount recommends against shipping wine during periods of extreme hot or cold weather.
